I began this blog in March of 2009. Since then, this blog has undergone many constructions, as I learned more and more about the possibilities of my site. I have also rediscovered my love of photography and this blog has allowed me to combine all of my hobbies into a neat little package.

I am a chemist by day and enjoy transitioning from the lab bench to the kitchen counter by night. I love to bake and am constantly searching for excuses to bake. Here, you will find recipes to my favorite baked goods as well as recipes to treats that I am new to. You will also find recipes to culinary items other than sweets and find out a little bit about me.

Join me on an adventure as I improve my baking skills, learn new ones, and eat my way out of house and home.
